Welcome to Complete Game / CG Swag. By browsing or placing an order at completegame.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or purchasing from completegame.shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About Our Store

Complete Game / CG Swag is operated by Complete Game LLC, a New York State LLC. All products are made to order through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner — we do not maintain a traditional inventory warehouse.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have parental/guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Products & Pricing

  • All prices in USD — subject to change without notice

  • Colors may vary slightly from screen to print — a normal POD characteristic, not a defect

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product; affected orders receive a full refund

5. Orders & Payment

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee fulfillment. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud, or fulfillment issues — you'll receive a full refund. Payment is due at time of order. We accept Shopify Payments and Shop Pay (including installments). All orders are subject to fraud screening.

6. Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After that, production may have begun and cancellation is not possible. Contact us via completegame.shop or RCREWS17@AOL.COM immediately. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address — incorrect address returns may require you to cover reshipment costs. International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and brand names — including Complete Game, CG Swag, RAKE, No Groundballs, and Speed Never Slumps — are owned by Complete Game LLC. Purchasing a product does not transfer any IP rights. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, use bots or scrapers, impersonate others, or interfere with site operations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free site access. Your product quality rights are addressed in our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Complete Game LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold Complete Game LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New York courts. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
