Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Print-On-Demand Promise

Every item in the CG Swag store is made specifically for you at the time you order — nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to ship. That means your gear is fresh, but it also means we can't accept returns the way a traditional retailer might. We've partnered with Printful to handle all fulfillment, and our policy is designed to protect you from errors and defects while being upfront about what's outside our control.

We stand behind the quality of every order. If something goes wrong on our end or our fulfillment partner's end, we'll make it right — fast.


Order Cancellations

You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order — no questions asked.

Because production can begin quickly after you place an order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your item may already be in production and cancellation is no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, use the contact form at completegame.shop and include your order number

  • Orders already in production or that have shipped cannot be cancelled

  • Approved cancellations receive a full refund to your original payment method


Returns & Refunds — What We Cover

We've got you covered if any of the following apply:

  • Damaged or defective item — your order arrived with a defect or damage

  • Manufacturing or print error — wrong graphic, misaligned print, etc.

  • Wrong item received — you got something you didn't order

  • Lost in transit — tracking hasn't shown movement for 30+ days

You choose: free replacement or full refund.

To submit a claim: Contact us within 30 days of delivery via the contact form at completegame.shop. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos. No need to ship anything back.


What We Don't Cover

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Wrong size ordered by customer — check the size chart on every product page before ordering

  • Color variations between screen and print — normal for print-on-demand, not a defect

  • Packages marked delivered by carrier but not received — check with neighbors and local post office first


Size Exchanges

Not offered. Every item is made to order with no inventory to swap from. Always check the size chart on the product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up.


How to Contact Us

Use the contact form at completegame.shop. Include your order number, description, and photos if applicable. We respond within 2 business days.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shop Pay installment refunds follow Shop Pay's terms.


Shipping & Address Errors

You're responsible for a correct shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will require you to cover reshipment costs. Unclaimed packages held more than 30 days may be donated. Contact us immediately if you spot an address error after ordering.
